Returns

Dasoda Australia's products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We accept returns on defective or incorrectly sent products depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either replace or send the correct product for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) free of charge as a result of our error and request that the defective or incorrect one is returned.

To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds requests, the item/s must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging and as sold. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Faulty/Damage Items 

  • You may make a claim under our 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your order date to request a return subject to Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set and shipping costs associated with the return of the product will be covered by Dasoda Australia.
  • In order to make a Claim during this Period, you must provide proof of purchase to Dasoda Australia showing the date of purchase,  photo of the damaged product, with description and the price paid for the Products by sending written notice to Dasoda Australia at PO Box 218, Darlinghurst, New South Wales 1300 or by email at shop@dasoda.com.au.
2. Change of Mind
    • Please choose the products carefully as we do not allow return or refund of products for reasons related to "change of mind".

    3. Received Incorrect Items 

    • If you receive products other than what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the error. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
    • Upon returning a product, we will inspect it for quality control and hygiene purposes. If the product has been opened/used or does not meet resalable conditions, we are unable to provide an exchange or store credit.

    If you have sensitive skin, please take note: we can't accept returns because of allergic reactions to products. Make sure to check that the product you're buying contains only ingredients that are good for your skin—you'll find them listed under every product Ingredients tab provided in every product page. We highly recommend doing a patch test before using a new skincare product for the first time. To do this, apply a small amount of the product on the inside of your elbow and leave it there for 24 hours. If your skin doesn't appear irritated, apply a small amount under your earlobe and leave it there for another 24 hours. If your skin doesn't appear irritated after both patch tests, then you can safely use the product on your face. It's always best to introduce one new skincare product at a time into your routine so that, if an adverse reaction occurs, you can easily identify which product caused it.

    Refunds

    Dasoda Australia Store has a refund policy which means you can request a refund should you decide to cancel your purchase. This is provided that the product has not been shipped yet.

    To initiate a refund, please contact us. If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Exchanges

    The shipping fee of the exchange will be covered by the buyer.
